We only ship orders to a New Zealand address.

Orders placed with us will leave our store within 3 business days subject to stock availability, however occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to 7 days to ship. If there is any delay longer than this we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will be shipped.

Weekend or Public Holiday orders will be processed on the next working weekday.

We generally ship Monday to Friday. Most courier packages are collected from our store by 4.30pm.

Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as we have booked your order onto the courier.

We will ship all orders via courier. We reserve the right to use any carrier.

Rural deliveries take longer to be delivered. This adds roughly 1 – 2 days to your order delivery time frame.

Please make sure you check your shipping address carefully as orders are printed out and sent using the details the customer has entered in.
