Our therapists reserve the right to alter or cancel the appointment due to medical related Nail issues,  please let us know in advance if you have any gel or harsh polish that requires removal. We are not equipped to remove SNS or artificial nails. If you have any concerns about the nail treatments received at Erban spa please inform us within 3 days. You will be given advice on how to care for your nails/ extend the life of your polish but it is not guaranteed over one week as sports, gardening, chemicals and products can affect the polish applied.
